The Data Controller guarantees the security, confidentiality and protection of the data in its possession, at any stage of the data processing process. Our website is intended for a general audience and does not offer any services dedicated to children. If we become aware of any Personal Data of a child under the age of 14 that he or she has provided without the permission of his or her parents or guardian, if any, we will remove such information immediately.

The User’s Personal Data may be used for the defense in court by the Owner or in the preparatory stages of its possible establishment, from abuses in the use of the same or related services by the User.
